For those who are unfamiliar, it's essentially indoor kickdoor and the mats (bases) sit on the four corners of the gym. I was running from 3rd to 4th base, and I put my hand up against the wall to stop myself (yes, I broke my wrist running into a gym wall). Unfortunately I wasn't smart enough to break my left wrist, so I could be a sloppy writer for the month I had to wear a cast. I recently found the blue cast in my parents' garage when I was back home in August.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;Milk doesn't do much for bruises. I rarely start the day without a glass of milk, and this is limited to only one glass due to my body's inability to digest the dairy enzymes. Why don't I drink soy or lactose-free milk?
